Shipment & Pick-up
Orders are shipped with GLS parcel service and delivered on Monday through Friday, unfortunately not on weekends.
If you are not at home, GLS will leave a pickup ticket behind. We also offer the possibility to deliver your order to a different address. You can specify this when filling in your address. You can also choose to pick up your order at one of our offices. Within 1-2 business days we will contact you for a pickup appointment. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from our carrier GLS package service with a track and trace link to track your order.

The costs for sending our items within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 15,- incl. VAT. These amounts incl. VAT are not legally binding and we reserve the right to adjust this amount. Orders over € 100,- excl. VAT within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of shipment cost.
We do our best to deliver the items within 1 - 10 working days after payment of your order. The delivery time depends on the product and the method of payment. If you would like to be informed in advance of the delivery time, please send us an email to email@example.com.
