What is my warranty?
The guarantee is valid in accordance with the legal rights of consumers. Should a complaint arise outside the period of 6 months, then it is possible that the manufactur guarantee applies, but this is only true in a few cases.

How can I report a complaint about a product?
We value the quality of our products and service to our customers. Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com containing clear photos, the description of the complaint and your invoice number. Within 5 working days we will contact you with an appropriate solution. If the photos are not clear, we may ask you to send the product to us.
Which complaints are not compensated?
Wear soles, bald noses, dispensing and wear liners by excessive perspiration, broken zippers and laces and other defects caused by misuse, which the seller is not to blame are not reimbursed.
