What is my warranty?
The statutory guarantee term of 24 months applies to our products for defects in material or manufacture. Parts which are subject to natural wear and tear, such as outsoles, laces and zippers are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantee also does not cover damage and defects caused to the product whilst it is fulfilling its protective function. We also accept no liability for defects caused by improper care and incorrect use.
How can I report a complaint about a product?
We value the quality of our products and service to our customers. Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com containing clear photos, the description of the complaint and your invoice number. Within 5 working days we will contact you with an appropriate solution. If the photos are not clear, we may ask you to send the product to us.
Which complaints are not compensated?
Wear soles, bald noses, dispensing and wear liners by excessive perspiration, broken zippers and laces and other defects caused by misuse, which the seller is not to blame are not reimbursed.
